Belinda Mutzelburg

Director/Physiotherapist

Belinda Mutzelburg is a passionate physiotherapist and Director. Her goal is to help individuals move better, feel better, and live better through evidence-based treatments and personalised care.

She graduated from Griffith University Gold Coast with a Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2013. Before this, she completed both a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Business. Her background in competitive sports first sparked her passion for injury rehabilitation. Over time, she has expanded her expertise to include the complex neuromuscular and musculoskeletal system roles.

She finds great satisfaction in educating patients about their bodies and how they can better understand and manage their pain. Whether working with grassroots athletes or those at the Australian representative level, she loves helping them reach their full potential and recover from injuries effectively. Outside the clinic, she loves her animals and a nice cup of coffee.

Taylah Pringle

Physiotherapist

Taylah graduated from Central Queensland University with honours in Physiotherapy in 2016. While studying, Taylah was Head Trainer at her local Aussie Rules club, the Rockhampton Panthers AFC, where she continued to volunteer her time for several years to further increase her exposure to acute sporting injuries and their management.

Taylah began her physiotherapy career with Movement Improvement Rockhampton before relocating to the Brisbane clinic in 2021. Her move brought valuable opportunities, including serving as Head Physiotherapist for the Brisbane Bullets during the 2021/22 and 2022/23 NBL seasons and working with swimmers from grassroots programs through to Australian representatives.

While her background in elite sport has shaped her clinical skills, Taylah is most passionate about helping everyday people move better and feel stronger. She enjoys working with weekend warriors, active families, and anyone wanting to improve mobility, manage pain, or build confidence in their body.

In the clinic, she brings a warm, practical, and down‑to‑earth approach. She works with a wide range of clients, from those navigating general wear and tear to anyone wanting to improve their stability, mobility, and long‑term movement health. Taylah believes great physio is about empowering people with the tools, habits, and confidence to keep moving well for life.

Outside of the clinic you’ll find Taylah following Aussie Rules and spending quality time with her growing family.

Luke Fisher

Physiotherapist

Luke graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2021 with first class honours. After graduating, Luke began work as a community care physiotherapist in Harvey Bay. Within his role he had the opportunity to work with a range of home care and NDIS clients which he enjoyed.

Through Luke’s studies he worked closely beside Movement Improvement both in Brisbane and Rockhampton, having this experience he has been able to extend his knowledge in human movement patterns striving to identify the root cause of faulty patterns and work to correct them.

Growing up Luke was very involved in Brisbane’s basketball scene, he now strives to use his knowledge to help not only aspiring basketballers, but all athletes to be able to increase their performance levels. Luke has a passion for helping everyone achieve their treatment goals, regardless of age, occupation, or current level of function.

Alana Pachoke

Physiotherapist

Alana graduated from the University of Queensland in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and began her career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and worked in the sports performance industry, gaining valuable experience with both developing and elite athletes across a wide range of sporting backgrounds.

With a strong foundation in Strength and Conditioning and as an international-level Canoe Polo player, Alana has a particular interest in working with athletes and dancers at every stage of their journey. Her passion for human movement began early, growing up as both a dedicated dancer and dance teacher, and continues to shape her physiotherapy approach today.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find Alana out kayaking — or perhaps on a dance floor!

Amy Belt

Physiotherapist

Amy is a Physiotherapist at Movement Improvement, graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Griffith University.

Amy is passionate about helping people feel confident in their bodies, whether that’s returning to sport, keeping up with life, or simply moving without pain. She enjoys combining a friendly, supportive style with a detailed, movement-focused approach that looks beyond symptoms to identify the “why” behind an injury or ongoing pain.

With a background in dance and pilates, Amy brings a strong appreciation for body awareness, control, and efficient movement. In sessions, she focuses on thorough assessment, clear education, and tailored rehabilitation, using evidence-informed exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strength-based rehab to help clients build long-term resilience.

Amy has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, injury prevention, and movement education, and is experienced in dry needling therapy. During her clinical placements, she gained hands-on experience supporting a wide range of clients, from children through to older adults, with both acute and chronic presentations. She enjoys creating practical plans that suit each person’s goals, lifestyle, and confidence level.

As a new graduate, Amy brings up-to-date clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to ongoing learning, with a calm, encouraging approach that helps clients feel supported at every step of their rehab.
