These sessions are a comprehensive approach to helping you perform better whilst protecting yourself from injury and understanding how to balance your training load.

Exercise Physiology

A Movement Improvement Exercise Physiology appointment aims to help you gain the knowledge to improve your health through exercise. Learn how to overcome personal barriers, set achievable goals, plan and find what works best for you. Receive an individually tailored exercise schedule and program or learn how to create one yourself. An education session on what type, duration, intensity, volume and frequency of exercise you should do to reach your goals.

Mini Movers

A sporting program for children from 18 months.

Developed by Movement Improvement Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, this program is about encouraging gross motor skill development and body awareness while introducing your child to sport and structured play.

Expose your child to a wide variety of sports and basic skills and exercises to improve balance, coordination, stability and movement control whilst learning social skills in a friendly, fun and supportive environment.
